On the 22nd of October I noticed that the lady in the picture above, who appears to be working at the Börse Frankurt, is depicted remarkably often when there are reports about Germany's largest stock exchange. (The rights to this photo are with Reuters).
The same person could be seen in various editions of the Financial Times in the last few weeks, when there were reports about the financial crisis. On October 22nd her face appeared in a report at SpiegelOnline , entitled "DAX steering toward this year's low".
I hope that the poor woman does not un-willingly turn into an icon for falling stocks but that she is also depicted when they rise again!
